Usage
The
BGX series microspore film coating machine is a high efficiency,
energy-saving, safe, clean, computer-controlled and easy-to-use
mechatronics equipment which is used for coating organic film,
water soluble film, slow and controlled release film on traditional
Chinese and Western tablets and pills (including small pills,
water-bindered pills, drip pills, micro pills) and granules, and
conforms to the requirement of GMP.

Working
principle
The
tablet cores to film coated make continous complicated orbital
motion within a closed clean rotating drum under the action of
a stream line guide plate. Controlled by computer and according
to the optimum technological parameters, they are automatically
sprayed with film coating medium, while hot air is supplied under
a negative pressure and via a passage between tow layers of mesh
plates, the hot air penetrates through the tablet core layers
and is discharged form below the drum of double-layer structure,
so that the film coating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet
cores may dry rapidly and evenly, thereby forming a layer of solid,
compact, neat and smooth surface film.
