Applications:
  The vacuum freeze drying is an advanced method for the material dewatering. It freezes the moisture material in the low temperature and makes the water inside sublimate directly in the vacuum condition.Then it collects the sublimated vapor by means of the condensing way so as to dewater and dry the material.
  Being processed by the vacuum freeze drying,the physical,chemical and biological states of the material are basically unchanged.The volatile and nutritious contents in the material,which are easy to be denatured in a warm condition,will be lost a little.When the material is freezing dried,it will be formed into a porous one and its volume be basically the same to that before drying.Therefore,the processed material can be recovered quickly if being watered again,because of its large contacting area.and it can be stored for a long period in a sealed vessel.
  The vacuum freezing dryer can be widely used for the research and production of various heat-sensitive biological products such as the vaccine,biological product,medication,vegetable vacuum packing,snake powder,turtle capsule and so on.
With the development of the biological,pharmaceutical,food and health are product industries,the vacuum freezing dryer is a necessary equipment in the research institutes and companies in such industries.

• Use overheat pure steam(120C).
• Equipped with cooling water jacket,after sterilizing,it can fast reduce the temparature of the chest.

• The chest,lamellar and condenser is made of AISI316L stainless steel.
• TIG welding avoids gap that can not be coeaned.
• The welding point of the tube is photographed with X-ray,with inspection record and certificate of qualification.

• There are two methods for drying chest vacuum level control:
  Drying chest vacuum level controls the opening and closing of the air inlet valve,introduce the sterilized air from sterilized room.
  Drying chest vacuum level controls the opening degree of the big butterfly valve to reach the purpose of controlling the vacuum level.

• A couple-clamping butterfly valve is equipped between the drying chest and water capturer to keep a no leakage seal in both directions.
• Use labial margin seal design to compensate the change of temperature and pressure during operation.
• Eccentric valve rod and eccentric butterfly valve eliminate the wear-out of upper and lower ends of valve seat during frequent opening.
• May choose electric or pneumatic driving device.
• Import original electric driver can stepless adjust the opening sideness of butterfly valve,control the vacuum level of the drying chest to avoid from being polluted.
• Stainless steel valve body and TEF elastic valve seat conform with GMP specification.
• The drying chest and water capturer are equipped with viewing glass.The viewing glass can be equipped with spotlight to obtain clear procedure monitoring.
• Shelf refrigerating heating system uses Denmark Grundfos UPS circulation pump,Sweden plate type heat exchanger.The size of the exchanger is small,this reduces the heat conduction mediator and energy consumption,raises the refrigeration efficiency.

• The mains air switch,transformer and AC contactor fixed in electric cabinet are Siemens products.The electric cabinet is secured onmachine frame. all machine pump motors are equipped with overheat protection,solenoid valve and heating circuit are equipped with separate protection.
• The display screen uses Mitsubishii touch screen,PLC programmable logic controller,indicating light,sound-light alarming system,andetc.
• Temperature measuring,pressure measuring,the compponents can work normally under high temperature,ultra-low temperature and high vacuum level with high reliability.
• The control system can display the running status of alll components of the whole system,and can store and process the operation information and various date.It can provide procedure recording report of whole freeze-drying process.It can set freeze-dryingcurve,monitor each status in freeze-drying procedure.It can alarm on failure or abnormal situation,provide cheching for maintenance,the operator can set and modify data and step.
