USE
NTF series stationary lifting
turning machine is mainly used to transfer, lift and charge dusty and
grainy solid materials in pharmaceutical enterprises. it can be used along
with such main processing equipment as granulating machine. drying machine
and boiling granulating machine. it can shift the materials to the next
process. it has reduced cross pollution and dust and is a desirable transferring

WORKING
PRINCIPLE
NTF series stationary lifting turning machine consists of shelf, column,
hydraulic lifting system, hopper turnover structure, horizontal gyration
structure and skid structure, and is equipped with a special hopper having
hermetic equipment and a butterfly valve easy to cleaning. To start to
work. the hopper should first be covered the funnel of the boiling granulating
machine (or one-step granulating machine),
make it button tightly. |

Switch on the lifting
arm, the hopper and granulating machine are lifted. Then switch on the
reversed operating arm, the hopper and funnel are turned over 180°
.Unfix the skid, gyrate to the shelf horizontally, make it joint with
the feeding mouth of machine of next procedure, Open the butterfly valve,
put into the materials conveniently. it is in conformity with the requirements
of GMP. |

FEATURES
- This machine is made of Austenitic
stainless steel. There is no dead angle. no convavo-convex face, no
screw on surface, easy to clean.
- Tailor-made butterfly valve. No dead
angle, no dead angle ,no remnant. And equipped with operating sets
against mistakes, it is convenient to dismantle and easy to clean.
- It makes use of sealing device for the
hopper to prevent dust emission and materials leaked while the barrel
is rolling over. Consequently. the dust and cross pollution have been
controlled efficiently.
- The surface contacting with materials
outside and inside are all polished. The rough degree of surface inside
is Ra<=0.2üm, and the rough degree of surface outside is Ra<=0.4üm,
and easy to clean.
