SD-I Multi functional pharmaceutical experiment system is small size equipment for advanced development of pharmaceuticals used in the laboratory. It can be widely used in the research. Experiment and production in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food stuff and cosmetic industries. This system features the all-purpose driving unit that can be attachment with various kinds of accessory equipment of different functions. To realize the purposes of stirring, mixing, vibrating granulation, dry or wet granulation, homogenizing, pelleting, pressing, sugar coating, liquid filling, etc.

The main driving unit of the SD-I multi functional pharmaceutical experiment system performs the infinite varying of speed by means of the speed reduction of the worm box and the frequency varying motor controlled by a frequencies inverter. The electronic time counter shall exercise the whole range control of the time. and all the settings and control are fulfilled by means of the functional key pads on the panel of the main system and remarkably displayed by the liquid crystal display. The operation is easy, simple and square straight. In addition,, it is equipped with pedal button,, rendering it possible for the operator to operate with foot, so that the hands can be freed for conducting other operation, in special occasion. On the back of the main system, power outlet is provided, for the local lighting, heating, cooling, dedusting, etc. the voltage is 220v, with the rotary speed of the system can be infinitely adjusted between 0 to240 revolutions per minute. And, the setting of timing control can be adjusted within 1000 seconds at will.

The entire system is stainless steel clad, convenient for cleaning, maintenance, and in comp lance with GMP requirements. The processing of the surface can take the form of mirror like polishing, passivation, legging, etc. to be selected by the customer in accordance with their need.

LC Coupler Gear

This accessory device is used to adjust the degree of the operational angle of the accessory equipment. It is an essential device that cube mixer, double cone mixer and sugar coating machine must be equipped with. It allows the infinitely variable adjustment angle of operation form 0 to 75 degrees for the purpose of changing the strength. It features universality (one gear can be used for all the machines)

CH10 Trough Type Mixing Drum

It is used for the uniform mixing of dry or wet powder materials. The mixing trough can be operated in a 90 degree of turning, for the convenience of discharging of the material after the mixing. All of parts and components are made of stainless steel.

T300 Sugar Coating Ball

This machine can be used for the coating of tablet or pellets with sugar in the pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. It can also be used for the frying of beans or dry fruits in a rolling way. All the parts and components are made of stainless steel.

LH10 Cube Mixer

This machine is a cube mixer. It realizes the uniform mixing by the tumbling of materials in a cube container, with three pieces of stainless steel bars uniformly distributed to play an auxiliary role, because the mixing is rather soft, it is especially suitable for the sensitive materials.

TH5 Drum Hoop Mixer

The machine consists of drive transmission, support stand, hoop and the mixing drum, the materials tumble through the rotation of the hoop and mixing drum placed in a position diagonal to the hoop, resulting in uniform and 3D state of Mixture

ZH10 Double Cone Mixer

This machine is also a cube mixer; it can accomplish the target of mixing at a high speed, and suitable for the granules and materials that flow freely. The entire machine is made of stainless steel.

VH7 Mixer

This machine makes the materials to tumble and turn from side to side though two V shaped barrels of different height, to obtain a uniform mixture, the machine features no dead corner in inside of the barrel, no material accumulation, high speed and short time for mixing. All the parts and components are made of stainless steel, convenient for cleaning.


YL80 Vibrating Granulator

This machine adopts vibrating roller to break up the dry material in block form or wet material into granules. It is easy and convenient to adjust the tightness of the mesh and loading or unloading. With the different mesh adopted. Different size of granules can be obtained.

 

DP12 Single Station Teblet Press
