The
equipment for corrugated board production line include three parts.
- Main equipment consist of
mill roll stand. single facer, conveying bridge. glue machine.
double facer, slitter scorer, cut-off stacker and so on.
- Auxiliary equipment, consist of
rails and carriages, main drive,pre-heater, pre-conditioner, multiple
pre-heater, glue preparing and supplying system, steam (or oil)
heating system, compressed air system, electrical control system
and so on.
- Optional equipment, consist of
splicer, rotary shear, combining machine, scrap shredder, intelligent
managing system and so on.
We can provide top grade, medium grade and common grade production
line to meet different requirements .The working speed can reach
60-200m/min and the width is from 1400mm to 2500mm.

Case forming line
The case forming line is one of the converting equipment for corrugated
board. it features a full function of feeding , printing, scoring
,slotting, corner cutting, trimming, die cutting, folding &
gluing, stacking and binding. Generally, the case forming line
consists of auto pre-feeder, printer slotter, foler gluer, auto
stacker and auto binding machine. According to different requirement,
the case forming line has different combination as follows:
a. Printer slotter(die-cutter)-auto
stacker
b. Auto pre-feeder-printer slotter (die-cutter)- auto stacker
c. Printer slotter - folder gluer
d. Auto pre-feeder-printer slotter-folder gluer
e. Auto pre-feeder-printer slotter-folder gluer-auto binding machine
The model of above-mentioned machine is as follows:
Printer slotter: JYK series, YK(M) series, YK(M)T series, YKLL
series, WYK series, etc.
Auto stacker: DZ series, DZA series, etc.
Folder gluer: AFG series, XZX series,
etc.
Auto pre-feeder: SZ-D series, etc.
Note: YK(M) & YK(M)T series printer slotter (with rotary
die-cutting) are combination of printing unit, slotting unit
and die-cutting unit. So printer slotter with rotary die cutting,
printer slotter, and printer die-cutter
