This
machine is a newly developed pill productive equipment after
ZW series vertical automatic pill machine, we have applied for
national patent. This machine can be used in pill production,
such as honey pill, water pill, water honey pill, condensing
pill, burnt pill etc, it is the main equipment for middle and
small scale enterprises.
Work Principle
Put evenly mixed materials into medicine hopper, go cross press
medicine board, and they are extruded so many the medicine bars
with the same diameter by the force of thruster. After they
enter into pill making blades in-phase with the control of auto-control
idler pulley, and continuously become even pill.
Technical
features
- Stable
performance, simple operation, convenient maintenance. The contact
parts to medicine are made of stainless steel in accordance
with the requirements of GMP.
- Pills are
round, even in sizes, once forming, and unnecessary sifting.

Extruding bars are even, good multi-bars synchronization, disintegration
is accordance with PHARMACOPOEIA.

The
feeding position is moderate, convenient disassembly and cleaning,
high automation, sealing well, reduce the infecting chance
by bacterium.
- There is
cooling device, it can decrease the temperature and viscidity
of medicine, it is useful for forming of pill.
- There is
variable auger distance increasable pressure device of pushing
materials, and It suitable for water pill production with some
viscidity.
