Working
principle: evenly spread the hot molten material from upstream working
procedure to the moving steel belt below at a uniform velocity through
the material distributor (right drawing) of the pastillator, and
there is spray and refrigerating devices below the steel belt to
force the materials to cool down and solidify them quickly when
moving on the steel belt, with the purpose of granulation. With
accordance to the characteristic of the material and working procedure,
we can choose different patterns of material distributor of the
pastillator with different principles such as ex-revolving, in-revolving
reciprocating and gate patterns etc. According to the material characteristic
and application requirement, different forms of material distributor
such as intermittence drop, continuous bar and full width overflow
etc can be selected to yield hemisphere, bar and flake shaped products.
Application
the
machine is suitable for various materials ready to be refrigerated
whose molten point are below 250ºC, and here are some typical
materials: sulfur, paraffin, resin, pitch, MAN,PECA , stearic acid
products, hot sol, 1,3-phenylenediamine,carbamide, rubber and plastic
auxiliary etc.
* Reduce the powder dust, improve the operation circumstance; run
continuously, raise the producing speed; the shape of the pastille
is regular so as to make great value.
* Adopt thin steel belt to transfer heat and spray forcefully to
refrigerate the material, and solidify the hot molten material to
form shape.
* Because the steel mesh will change the direction and get bent
at the material discharge end, where the solidified material will
be separated from the interface of the steel mesh, there is little
powder when discharging, to protect the granulator integrity.
