1. Usage:

JT Series Lifting Charger is updated material handling equipment autonomously developed by ourselves to meet the technological requirement of pharmaceutical enterprises. mainly used to vertically lift and feed in powder or granular and other solid material. It can be used for feeding in raw material to the solid preparation equipment such as tablet press, mixer, coating machine, grinder-granulator, tablet counter, and capsule filling machine, etc.
This series of products is also used to lift and feed in raw material for food, chemical industry, and light industry, etc.

2. Working principle

Add the material to be fed to the charging basket which will be pushed to the lifting arm. Under the action of oil cylinder, the lifting arm will rise at double of rising oil cylinder piston stroke speed. When up to certain height, align the butterfly valve port with the charging port to be fed. Open the butterfly valve and the material will enter the equipment waiting for feeding to fulfill the feeding. Upon the completion of feeding, the piston rod will descend under the action of gravity of lifting arm so as to fulfill the lifting action.

* The fixed lifting type column frame can turn in a certain angle; the mobile lifting type can be freely moved in the working place, and the movement is convenient and flexible; the mobile lifting turnover type can be designed and manufactured to have a lifting charging arm that fits to user’s original material barrel, so that the charging arm can tightly clamp, lift the barrel and can make 180°turnover. the material barrel can be used as a batching and storage barrel in the upsteam procedure and as a charging hopper in the downstream procedure(compressing, filling and counting of tablets).
* The medicine is transported in a tightly closed state, thus avoiding contamination during transportation.
The patented discharged valve is compact, convenient to discharge and easy to clean.
* It has thoroughly changed the traditional mode of manual operation, reduced the labor intensity, and the tightly closed production has avoided flying upward of dust and cross contamination during transportation. It fully conforms to the requirement of GMP.
* During the process of charging, there is no phenomenon of layering of material.
