LPSZ25 model injection-blow moulding machine adopts special one step three station designing and hot runner mould fitting, suitable for automatic production of multiple cavitations on high quality container.
The machine adopts injection blow moulding technology and once-moulding technology. It is a bottle blower of making hollow bottles. It can produce high grade botle whose bottleneck has high precision. It is widely used manufacturing package bottles in pharmacy, food, cosmetics, chemical and other trades.

Mechanical system:
Adopting special one step three station designing and hot runner mould fitting, suitable for automatic production of multiple cavitations on high quality container.
Melting system:
Special high efficient melting screw directly driven by hydraulic motor, torque and speed adjustable for precision injection on various plastic material, with accumulator for fast injection. Suitable material: PE, PP, PS, EVA.etc.
Clamping system:
Vertical clamping with the guide of tie bar to cover the whole mould platen space for smooth product parting line; with accumulator for fast pressure indemnifying on high pressure clamping.
Hydraulic system:
Double proportional P/Q valve for fast adjustment on the pressure and flowage of all actions with branded hydraulic components for energy saving and function reliable.
Electric control system:
Special IBM controller with H.M. interface for easy operation, action monitoring and faults checking; reliable safety protection device to ensure human safe; two operation languages for convenient understanding.
