Description:

The linkage line consist of LCQ40 vertical washing machine, HMS-II-800 Tunnel type of laminar flow sterilizer & dryer (8 meters), LGZ-12-A Micro-computer control volumetric liquid bottle filling machine with class 100 laminar flow, LD-D-250 Single blade eight heads capping machine with class 100 laminar flow, LD-IV Microcomputer self adhesive labeler and turntable, these machine can also be used as single machine. It can be used for injection vial of different specifications and different techniques.

This linkage line has been absorbed and improved from the alike product abroad by our company. Its structure is reasonable, its automation is high. With the help of integration of  mechanical and electric parts, it has a high production capacity and a high filling precision and most important, a stable running status. It fully comply with GMP regulations.
