Main Application:

LPN Series automatic capsule filling machine are the ones to fill into the hollow capsules the powder, pilules, granules or snippets as materials, being used together with a mold appropriate for varieties of capsule. The filler is, at the leading level at home, the most ideal one to fill the capsule medicine in pharmacies of China now, widely used in the industries of medicine, food process, health-care food and chemicals etc.

Principle of Operation:

On operation, the gearing drives the rotary table in rotation, the capsules get selected/sent into the mold-piece holes with the capsule upper and lower parts separately. Then the filling rod pushes the medicine pillar or material into the capsule and close/push it out; then the waste-rejecting post rejects unseparated capsules and sucks them out.

Product characteristics:

1. This product is a newly developed one, based on the Korean technology in combination with the existing techniques in international now, which is reasonable in structure wholly, nice in appearance, fine in technology, small in volume, high in efficiency, adjustable in charge, accurate in dosage and, in control, it is used the frequency converter in speed regulation, PLC control, touch-screen operation etc., leading to easy operation, safe reliability and efficient production.
2. It is automatically rejecting the seconds of capsule and reuses the medicine material in the capsule for a higher economic effectiveness.
3. The filling set has a special method in installation, quick in mount/dismount and simple in cleaning; the molds are compatible in models to meet the various capacity requirements.
4. The filler works in a fully closed process, under status of cleanliness of 300000 units and, with the dust absorber, it avoids fly-ash and mill-dust pollution; dust catching, vacuum-cleaning tube and waste-rejecting pump are inside the casing, preventing from the tube ageing, leakage from the cracks and facilitates cleaning the work table, which are following the "GMP" requirements.
5. Machines are used to operate man-machine interface, which is intuitive operation, convenient and with a variety of parameters and fault display.
6. The machine table is of stainless steel in accordance with the "GMP" requirements. The filling cam and cam rotary table are of rigid material and through heat treatment to reach the merits of a higher strength, wear-resistance and longer service life etc.
7. It is used the ring imported from abroad of good sealing effect without powder leakage.
