Description
Main functions and features:
- The fuselage adopts a casting structure, and the fuselage has good rigidity and small deformation.;
- Adopts rotary key type rigid clutch, which has reliable performance and sensitive action.
- The crankshaft is placed horizontally, and the slider is guided by a hexahedron rectangular guide rail, which has high accuracy.
- The collapse-type safety block is adopted to ensure the safe production of the press.
- The emergency braking device is used to control any emergencies that occur during the downward movement of the slider (o~135’ range), such as when an arm or a foreign body enters the working area of the slider, the slider can stop at any position during the downward movement.
- Optional standard air cushion device; optional photoelectric protection device to protect personal and equipment safety.
