Working Principle

The tablet cores to be coated move continuously and uniformly inside a closed rotating drum with a specially designed guide plate.
A programmable control system regulates:

• The spray of coating solution,

• The temperature and volume of hot air, and

• The negative pressure inside the drum.

As the hot air penetrates the moving tablet bed, the coating medium dries evenly and rapidly, forming a dense, smooth, and uniform film layer that enhances tablet protection, appearance, and stability.
