The C88K series programmable fully hydraulic die forging hammer adopts an integrated U‑type cast steel frame structure with high rigidity and stable performance. The hammer body is cast as a whole, eliminating the connection between the frame and base, reducing wear and improving the anti‑eccentric striking capacity of the whole machine. The hammer head is guided by a replaceable X‑shaped guide rail with three‑side embedded positioning, ensuring stable sliding, small clearance and precise alignment under thermal expansion. Automatic lubrication is adopted for reliable and maintenance‑free operation. The large hammer head structure and extended guiding length ensure stable striking energy at lower speed and higher forging precision. The fully hydraulic driving system and programmable control unit realize accurate control of striking energy and striking sequence, effectively reducing vibration and noise, improving forging consistency, prolonging service life of dies and lowering the operation difficulty. The control system is equipped with English fault display for fast troubleshooting and convenient maintenance. The cylinder‑valve integrated technology with a unique cylindrical cone valve realizes coaxial installation, no‑pipeline connection, faster response, higher control accuracy and more reliable sealing, which greatly improves energy efficiency and durability of the whole machine.
