Product Overview

The JMS Series Colloid Mill is a high-performance wet grinding, emulsifying, dispersing, homogenizing, and mixing machine designed for processing liquid and semi-liquid materials into ultra-fine particles. Through the high-speed relative motion between the rotor and stator, materials are subjected to intense shearing, friction, impact, and high-frequency vibration, resulting in excellent particle size reduction and uniform emulsification.

Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, the machine offers corrosion resistance, hygienic processing, low noise operation, and long service life. The adjustable rotor-stator clearance allows precise control of product fineness, enabling manufacturers to achieve consistent quality across different applications.
