The LG series is an industrial type of freeze dryer where the product is frozen in a freeze drying bin and sublimated and dried in the machine. There is no need to move the product during the entire freeze drying process. Therefore, the process is automatic. And workers do not need to stand next to the freeze dryer waiting for freezing and operation. It is suitable for the production of high value products and for the products with high hygiene requirements. The whole machine adopts intelligent operation with one key to start and stop.
1. Tunnel freezing/blast freezer

4. Hot water circulation system
Drying is carefully controlled throughout the temperature range-from low (freezing or ambient) temperature up to 130℃-to ensure perfectfinished product quality.
5. Vacuum system
Process vacuum is typically achieved in less than10-12minutes depends on freeze dryer model. Less than 10 minutes to 100Pa shall be achievedas option.
6. Continuous de-icing system (CDl)
Two alternate cold traps with Continuous De-icing System.
7. Refrigeration system
Ammonia or Freon as refrigerant can be used forfreeze drying plant. Ammonia refrigeration systemis more efficient for large freeze-drying plant.
8. C/PLC control system
The control system ensures optimal operationconditions throughout the plant-Freeze dryingand accessories,Remote control via modemsupplied as option.
