Mechanical Soap Cutting Machine

Introduction:
Soap roll printing and cutting machine is an excellent product of mechanical roll printing soap forming. It
continuously automatically rolls and blocks the soap strips extruded by the vacuum stripper. Its working
principle is to rely on the driving force of the soap bar to rotate the roller printing wheel and block cutting
wheel on the block cutting machine. According to the different rotation directions and the same speed of
the two roller printing wheels and block cutting wheels, it can promote the printing and block cutting of the
font and pattern of the soap bar, so as to meet the different needs of customers.

Features:
1. The equipment adopts the pure mechanical operation mode, relying on the soap bar of the stripper to
drive the roller printing wheel of the cutting machine to rotate, so as to drive the synchronous rotation of
the cutting wheel. There is no other power consumption, it is durable and not easy to be damaged,
simple operation and convenient maintenance;

2. The distance between the two roller printing wheels can be adjusted up and down according to the
thickness of the soap, so that the printed soap pattern handwriting is clear, flat and beautiful;

3. The sprocket chain drive is adopted to ensure that the speed of the cutting wheel is the same as that of
the printing wheel, so that the cutting wheel is just cut in the middle of the two patterns;

4. The fixed direction of the cutting wheel is adjustable, and different angles of soap are cut in different
directions to meet the customer's requirements for the vertical edge of soap and increase the sense of
beauty.
