The LHY-20 Oil Recycling Machine is a high-efficiency vacuum oil purification system designed for the regeneration and recycling of contaminated industrial lubricants. It effectively removes water, gas, mechanical impurities, and emulsified contaminants using advanced vacuum separation and coalescence demulsification technology.
This system is ideal for restoring hydraulic oil, turbine oil, gear oil, diesel oil, refrigeration oil, and other industrial lubricants to near-new oil standards, significantly extending oil service life and reducing replacement costs.

Contaminated oil enters the coarse filtration system under vacuum pressure to remove large solid particles. After pre-filtration, the oil is heated to a controlled temperature (45–70°C) using a constant-temperature digital control system.
The oil then flows into:
Coalescence Demulsification System – Removes free and dissolved water.
Double-Stage Vacuum Separation Chamber –
Flash evaporation technology atomizes heated oil.
Water and gas rapidly vaporize under high vacuum conditions.
Efficient separation of oil, moisture, and gas is achieved.
Precision Filtration System (≤5μm) – Removes remaining fine mechanical particles.
The purified oil is discharged through a dedicated oil pump, completing one regeneration cycle.
