The SGJ Series Peanut Butter Superfine Mill is a new generation of colloid mill developed based on years of manufacturing experience. It is specially designed for ultra-fine grinding and emulsification of high-viscosity, high-oil-content, and hard-to-process materials.
This machine is widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and coating industries, providing consistent output with fine particle size and minimal temperature rise during operation. It is particularly suitable for processing peanut, sesame, rapeseed, mustard, cacao bean, almond, and other oily materials into smooth and stable pastes or emulsions.

Working Principle

By means of the relative movement of the special geometric shaped rotor and stator in high revolving speed, materials pushed by feed propeller enter into the variable annular clearance; will be subjected to strong centrifugal, sheering and milling force.
