    RGZRJ Vacuum homogenizer mixer is specially designed adopting advanced technology of oversea according to the cosmetic and ointment production. The machine is composed of pretreatment pot (water pot and oil pot), vacuum homogenizer pot, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, discharge system, electronic system and worktable.

    The vacuum emulsifying mixer machine has the characteristic of easy operation, steady capability, good homogeneity, high efficiency, reasonable structure, small volume and high automation level and easy clean.

    The vacuum emulsifying mixer machine is used to produce cream products in the cosmetic factory and medicine factory, especially used to emlsification of pectic material with high content of solids.
     


    Features

     

    1)      The vacuum emulsifying mixer completely designed and produced according to GMP standard. (The inner and outer side of the pot all polished for 300U)
    2)      The whole vacuum homogenizer mixer machine made of stainless steel 304. (material contact part use SUS316L is optional)
    3)      The main axletree is from NSK of Japan.
    4)      Frequency conversion control, power saving, constant torque operation make the machine more stable.
    5)      Machine sealing which is good sealed, long service life, 24 hours of continuous work.
    6)      The mixing method is scraping the wall mixing, double sealing which make the sealing reliable.
    7)      Heating method: electrical heating.
